Engines Retaining AFM
For applicable AFM-equipped configurations, the supplied installation instructions require replacement of the OEM VLOM filter under the oil-pressure sender and testing of the valve lifter oil manifold, with replacement as necessary. Have the installer follow the service procedures for the verified engine application.
Failures caused by improper VLOM operation, restricted oil passages or a contaminated or untested VLOM assembly are excluded under the supplied standard product warranty notice. Review the written warranty and application-specific installation requirements with Fraser.
DOD / AFM Delete Engines
All three DOD-delete listings require the correct vehicle programming. The 2007–2013 build requires ECM calibration; the 2014–2024 listings specify a compatible OBD-II tuner. Arrange the required device and calibration with your installer before operation.
Do not assume a tuner is included in the engine price. Confirm the device, compatibility, programming responsibilities and intended application with Fraser. Use the written installation and break-in instructions supplied for your exact engine.

2007–2013 Engine Options
The standard assembly starts at $5,388. The $5,888 Fraser Advantage option lists updated timing components, pistons, lifters, cylinder heads and oil pump, with 5-year unlimited-mile coverage and one year of No-Fault protection free. The $6,388 DOD/AFM-delete build is a separate configuration requiring programming and warranty confirmation.
2014–2024 Engine Options
The standard engine is $6,389, while the $7,999 Fraser Advantage × PRMR fully loaded package adds an oil pan, timing cover and valve covers. Delete choices are the $6,499 PRMR bare long block and $7,389 Fraser Advantage loaded package. Each has its own component list; the loaded delete listing specifies timing and rear main covers but does not list an oil pan or valve covers.
Whether you are replacing a 6.2L engine in a Chevrolet, GMC or Cadillac, send the full VIN and original engine information. Year and displacement alone do not establish compatibility. Tell Fraser about any engine swap or modification before ordering.

Installation Add-Ons
Premium Engine Installation Kit
Listed components include drive belts, radiator and heater hoses, water pump, thermostat, air filter, oil filter and spark plugs. Contents and availability vary by application; confirm the kit during order verification.
Premium Break-In Fluid
Formulated to support proper ring seating and help protect engine components during initial startup and break-in. Follow the oil and break-in instructions supplied for your verified engine.

Which year group should I choose?
Start with 2007–2013 or 2014–2024, then have Fraser verify the full VIN, original engine and selected configuration. If your engine has been swapped, mention that before ordering.
Which options are DOD / AFM deleted?
A3 is the 2007–2013 DOD-delete engine at $6,388. B3 is the 2014–2024 PRMR bare delete long block at $6,499. B4 is the 2014–2024 Fraser Advantage loaded delete engine at $7,389. All three require the correct programming.
What is included in the two 2014–2024 loaded packages?
B2 lists an oil pan, timing cover and valve covers along with its standard engine components. B4 is the loaded DOD-delete configuration and lists specific sensors, hardware, a timing cover and rear main cover. Oil pan and valve covers are not specified for B4. Use the individual component lists rather than assuming the loaded packages contain the same parts.
Does every Fraser Advantage engine have a 5-year warranty?
No. Coverage is specific to each listing. A2 lists a 5-year unlimited-mile warranty with one year of No-Fault free. B2 and B4 list 3-year unlimited-mile coverage, and B4 includes one year of No-Fault free. Confirm A3’s coverage with Fraser before ordering.
Why must I include the year range with FEGM62DDL-713?
The supplied listings use that SKU for two different year-group configurations at different prices. Include the full year range, configuration and VIN so Fraser can verify the intended engine.
Does no upfront core fee mean I can keep the old engine?
No. These engines require a returnable core. Fraser arranges core pickup, and the return terms are confirmed during order verification.
